Saturday 11th July delivery- Loseley Park, Tithe Barn, Guildford. Congratulations to the new Mr and Mrs Gillham! It was an absolute joy to make this wild country cake. Top tier Madeira Vicy sponge and buttercream coating, second and third tier chocolate cake with buttercream coating, base tier was a fruit cake and iced bark decoration. Lots of buttercream flowers on this cake including poppies, buttercups, forget-me-nots, Lily of the valley, delphiniums, lavender, daisies and lots of moss! Beautiful day and beautiful venue.

Saturday 27th June delivery  - The Lakeview Marquee- Another happy couple! Congratulations Leanne & Jason! This wedding cake was a modern tasteful design created with silver edible balls in a wave shape and initial silver topper. The top 3 tiers were made of Madeira Vicy Sponge and a family member made a scrummy Fruit rum cake (Traditional Black Cake) for the base tier.

Saturday 6th June 2015 delivery - Sopwell House. The new Mr & Mrs Ward who tied the knot at Sopwell House. Each tier consisted of extra deep cake. Fruit at the top, Zingy lemon in the middle and Carrot cake for the base. The topper was provided by the couple and added an extra personal touch to the cake.
